I had a sewer backup which led to the discovery of Mold, Fabian and his super crew came to the rescue, they were all super nice and hard working, Fabian was very Knowledgeable and explained what they were doing every step of the way and how they going to rectify the problem, he answered every question confident and always with a smile. I also me Tomas the owner, he too was super nice and so willing to help anyway he can. I would highly recommend this company for effectiveness and overall performance.

Andres and his crew were very professional. Everyone in the crew always met me with a smile and seemed to be happy to be there. They explained every step along the way. A full wall and then some had to be removed in our dining room from roof leakage. Especially important to us is that Andres work crew kept our hard wood floor clean and undamaged through the whole process. The job was started on a Monday morning and completed on a Thursday morning when humidifiers and a blower where picked up. I was very impressed with Mike Chatman’s knowledge and immediate explanation of what he felt was needed to be done. He was also, willing to work with us on one area of the estimate which involves the hard wood floor in which we wanted to hold off on. His estimate was reasonable and he never focused on if we had an insurance claim as did other companies that we asked to do an estimate. Keep in mind that the dry wall and replacement of insulation removed is not covered in the estimate. Your on your own for that which is another expense. I would recommend 911 Restoration. We live in Weston.

This team is wonderful!! Tony and Pedro and Brian and crew arrived quickly and worked efficiently to help us with some water damage from an upstairs leak. They were professional, patient with questions, and very helpful in resolving this the fastest and best way. Even cleaned up after themselves. Great work and follow-up. Highly recommended!!
